Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Ilori Streamline Ltd ("Darikoda", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 16378536.
For any privacy queries, contact us at theo@iloristreamline.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect personal data when you:
- Contact us via WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages, including any operational context you share before or after an audit.
- Email us at theo@iloristreamline.com: your email address and the content of your messages.
- Browse the site: technical data including IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools subject to your cookie consent.
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We rely on two lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6:
- Legitimate interests, for responding to your audit booking, conducting our business, securing the site, and producing aggregated analytics on site usage. Our legitimate interest is to run and improve a B2B service.
- Consent, where required, for non-essential cookies and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser cookie settings or by contacting us.
4. How long we keep it
- WhatsApp and email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs: retained for up to 30 days for security and operational diagnostics.
- Aggregated analytics: retained without personal identifiers for up to 14 months, after which they are deleted.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the third-party processors needed to operate the site:
- Hosting: Cloudflare Workers (global edge infrastructure).
- Email delivery: Resend (transactional email provider used to deliver audit booking notifications to us).
- Analytics: any web analytics tool we operate at the time of your visit, configured to collect only aggregated, non-identifying data where possible.
All processors are required to handle personal data in line with UK GDPR through written processing terms.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF, consent state) load by default. Non-essential cookies, including analytics, load only with your consent.
You can manage your preferences via your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block non-essential cookies, or clear cookies on exit.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United Kingdom with active operating presence in Ghana. Cloudflare Workers serves traffic from global edge nodes, which means your data may be processed in the region nearest to you at the moment of the request. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or comparable safeguards aligned with UK GDPR.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Request portability of data you have provided.
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at theo@iloristreamline.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
9. Children
This is a B2B website. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact
For any privacy-related question, contact theo@iloristreamline.com.
