This site is operated by Ilori Streamline Ltd ("Darikoda", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 16378536.

We may collect personal data when you:

• Contact us via WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages, including any operational context you share before or after an audit.
• Email us at theo@iloristreamline.com: your email address and the content of your messages.
• Browse the site: technical data including IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, recorded in standard edge server logs by our hosting provider.
• Are measured by our analytics: we run Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. These set cookies on your device, give your browser a randomly generated identifier, and record the pages you open and the calls to action you click. Section 6 sets out what they store, for how long, and how to refuse them.

We rely on two lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6:

• Legitimate interests, for responding to your audit booking, conducting our business, securing the site, and producing aggregated analytics on site usage. Our legitimate interest is to run and improve a B2B service.
• Consent, where you give it, for example when you send us a message or book an audit. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

• WhatsApp and email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
• Server logs: retained for up to 30 days for security and operational diagnostics.
• Google Analytics 4 event and user data: retained by Google for 14 months from your last visit, after which it is deleted. The identifier in the analytics cookie expires 2 years after it is last set, and clearing your cookies removes it immediately.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the third-party processors needed to operate the site:

• Hosting: Cloudflare Workers (global edge infrastructure).
• Email delivery: Resend (transactional email provider used to deliver audit booking notifications to us).
• Analytics: Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4), which receives your IP address, device and browser characteristics, the pages you open, the calls to action you click, and the random identifier held in the analytics cookie. Google acts as our processor for this data under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

All processors are required to handle personal data in line with UK GDPR through written processing terms.

This site sets analytics cookies. It runs Google Tag Manager, which is a container that loads our measurement tags, and Google Analytics 4, which is the measurement tag inside it. We set no advertising cookies and we sell no data to advertisers.

Google Analytics 4 stores a randomly generated identifier in a cookie on your device so that two page views from the same browser can be counted as one visit rather than two strangers. It records which pages you open, which calls to action you click, roughly where in the world you are, and what device and browser you use. It does not receive your name, your email address, or anything you type into our forms.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically understanding which pages are read and which routes into a conversation actually work, for a business selling to other businesses. We have taken the decision not to put a cookie banner in front of the site, so these cookies are set when you arrive. We think a reader is better served by a plain description of what is running and a working way to refuse it than by a dialog almost everyone dismisses without reading. If you would rather not be measured, any one of these stops it:

• Block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or clear cookies on exit. Most browsers can block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear them per site.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every site you visit, not only this one.
• Turn on the tracking protection built into your browser, or use a content blocker. Both block the Google tag outright.
• Email us at theo@iloristreamline.com and ask us to erase what we hold about your visits. Section 8 covers that right in full.

Cloudflare Web Analytics remains available to us as a cookieless alternative and is switched off at the date above. Your hosting provider records standard edge server logs for security and diagnostics, described in section 4.

We operate from the United Kingdom with active operating presence in Ghana. Cloudflare Workers serves traffic from global edge nodes, which means your data may be processed in the region nearest to you at the moment of the request. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or comparable safeguards aligned with UK GDPR.

Analytics data goes to Google, which processes it on servers in the United States and elsewhere. That transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, to which Google is certified, together with the Standard Contractual Clauses in the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Request portability of data you have provided.
• Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

This is a B2B website. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
